19. Januar 2016: Jede Woche findet ein Staff meeting statt. Neu soll ein Lehrerzimmer eingerichtet werden und ein Aufenthaltsraum, damit die Studentinnen sich während der Pause aufhalten können. Dazu wurde ein Architekt eingeladen, uns bauliche Vorschläge zu machen.

Creative problem solving is a method for obtaining new ideas focusing on the parameters.

Brainstorming The first technique, brainstorming, is probably the most well known and widely used for both creative problem solving and idea generation. It is an unstructured process for generating all possible ideas about a problem within a limited time frame through the spontaneous contribution of participants. All ideas, no matter how illogical, must be recorded, with participants prohibited from criticizing or evaluating during the brainstorming session.

A. The financial plan provides a complete picture of:
1. How much and when the funds are coming into the organization.
2. Where the funds are going.
3. How much cash is available?
4. The projected financial position of the firm

B. The financial plan provides the short-term basis for budgeting and helps prevent a common problem-lack of cash.
C. The financial plan must explain how the entrepreneur will meet all financial obligations and maintain its liquidity.
D. In general, the financial plan will need three years of projected financial data for outside investors.

14. und 15. Januar 2016: Arbeit an der “Buchhaltung”. Listen der SpenderInnen für www.LivingEducation.org werden erstellt. Spendebestätigung und Rundbrief werden geschrieben. Bis Ende Monat muss alles raus, damit die SpenderInnen die Bestätigung für die Steuern haben.

10. Januar 2016: Längeres Gespräch mit unserem Präsidenten von LivingEducation Wallis gehabt. Neue Aktionen werden geplant. So zB wird mit jedem Essen im Rothis auch eine Suppe serviert. Diese wird von verschiedenen Firmen und dem Rothis gesponsert! Auch die Idee einer Gulaschkanone im Februar und März wird andiskutiert.

Examples were given to students, to give them ideas so that they should start thinking themselves.

9. Januar 2016: LivingEducation Micro Business Project (3rd day) with 31 participants: Enterpreneurial feeling
1. Individual responsibility for solving problems and setting and achieving goals.
2. Moderate risk taking as a function of skill.
3. Knowledge of results of decision/task accomplishment. McClelland concluded that a high need for achievement leads individuals to engage in entrepreneurial behavior, although other studies have been inconsistent.

2. Januar 2016: Der Präsident ist wieder in der Schweiz zurück. Nachdem Fahrer und ein Lehrer ihn zum Flughafen in Islamabad gefahren hatten, hatten die beiden einen Autounfall bei der Heimfahrt. Frontscheibe und eine Fensterscheibe gingen dabei in Brüchen. Zum Glück wurde aber niemand verletzt!

1. Januar 2016: Heute, im neuen Jahr,beginnt der neue, 8 tägige Kurs für Frauen im Micro Projects. Wir wünschen den Teilnehmerinnen ein gutes Gelingen! Heute ist Einführung in den Kurs.
